PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely issue a notification before an event with the suppression of power consumption.SOLUTION: In a communication system S, a notification device 2 includes: an output unit 19-2 which issues a notification; and a communication unit 21-2 which communicates with a travel management device 1. The travel management device 1 includes: a communication unit 21-1 which communicates with the notification device 2; a state determination unit 52 which acquires the travel information of the notification device 2; a travel management unit 53 which acquires position information, calculates a travel amount on the basis of the acquired position information and the travel information of the device acquired by the state determination unit 52, and calculates an expectation time from the present point to the arrival of a planned event on the basis of the calculated travel amount; a communication time set unit 55 which sets a communication time with the notification device 2 before the calculated expectation time; and a communication control unit 51 which controls the communication unit 21-1 to communicate with the notification device 2 in the set communication time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
