To improve a waterproofing structure suitable for connecting a plurality of wire harnesses to an electronic control unit. A single opening for wire harness insertion is provided to the case of an electronic control unit to be mounted on a vehicle. A water-blocking member made of butyl rubber blocks water by being interposed at the peripheral edge of a cover member, which closes the opening. A plurality of wire harness insertion holes are provided to the cover member. A grommet mounted on a wire harness is fitted into each of the wire harness insertion holes.
