The present invention relates to a mattress for massage. More specifically, the present invention relates to a mattress for massage that performs a mattress function of making a user feel comfortable at ordinary times and stimulates the user's body using an air bar that extends and retracts by air pressure only when being used. A mattress for massage, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: an air-pressure generator that generates compressed air; a plurality of air hoses, each of which delivers the compressed air while being connected, at one side thereof, to the air-pressure generator; a plurality of air bars, each of which is connected to the other side of the air hose to expand upward when the compressed air is injected thereinto and to contract downward when the compressed air is exhausted therefrom; and a massage means that has a support in which the plurality of air hoses are arranged and on which the plurality of air bars are installed and supported, wherein the support and the plurality of air bars are mounted in the mattress, and the plurality of air bars repeatedly protrude upward from the mattress. |
