<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor of a structure in which an opening hole of a body housing can be simply and surely opened and closed. <P>SOLUTION: When a cover member 130 is attached in a first state to the body housing 120, the opening hole 121 of the body housing 120 is shut by the cover member 130, and therefore an internal mechanism, a connection connector 110, etc. can be prevented from being exposed. When the cover member 130 is attached in a second state to the body housing 120, the opening hole 121 of the body housing 120 communicates with a through hole 131 of the cover member 130.
