PURPOSE:To permit reduction of pressure loss of a fluid, which flows through a flow passage, facilitate the manufacture of an element and restrain increase of the cost of the same. CONSTITUTION:A heat exchanging element 11 is constituted of a heat exchanging sheet 12 containing synthetic resin and a plurality of spacer members 13, continuous and rollable such as a straw, for example, and adhered to one side of the sheet 12 with a perdetermined space. A multitude of such heat exchanging elements 11 are laminated so that the direction of the spacer members 13 is different from each other alternately by 90 degrees whereby a heat exchanger is constituted. |
