PURPOSE:To reduce the weight and dimension of a whole device, facilitate the manufacture and handling, and permit the stable shift of a pattern belt and the excellent stop display for each pattern. CONSTITUTION:Between a main pulley 19 arranged on a set plate 11 and a driven pulley 20, plural kinds of patterns are formed and arranged at a prescribed interval and in a proper order, and a pattern belt 28 having one standard mark formed at a prescribed position for one standard pattern is laid. At the rear part, between both the pulleys 19 and 20, a guide tool 22 for adjusting the tension of the pattern belt 28 is installed. On a set plate 11, a detecting means 31 for detecting the standard mark in the continuous shift process of the pattern belt 28 is arranged. Keeping the time point when the standard mark is detected by the detecting means 31, as standard, the number of pulse outputs corresponding to the (pattern at the position of the object to be stop-displayed is count-controlled, and a drive motor 17 connected with the main pulley 19 is stopped on the basis of the above-described counting value, and the shift of the pattern belt 28 is stopped. |
