PURPOSE:To display traffic information, news, etc., at optional timing by controlling a lighting pattern of a display of a planar luminous body such as LED, etc., to a display mode having a proper content. CONSTITUTION:LEDs 5 as luminous bodies are provided in rows on the whole surface of a display surface LB of an additional indication section 41, and a lighting pattern of each of the LEDs 5 is so constituted that it can be controlled in the shape of a proper letter or figure, etc., by display controlling computer.
