PURPOSE:To reduce the possibility of defects where a channel is suddenly disconnected by detecting that an electric field strength signal received from a reception section is decreased and a bit error reaches a desired error rate so as to inform and predict it to the user. CONSTITUTION:A communication quality detection section 14 receives an electric field strength signal 12 and a bit error signal 13 from a reception section 11 to detect that the electric field strength is reduced and a bit error is a desired error rate or over. Then a prediction alarm signal 14a is given to a voice output section 16 and a tone color corresponding to the electric field strength level and the error rate is fed to a voice amplifier section 17. A voice amplifier section 17 of a voice output section 16 amplifies the voice signal from the reception section 11 and a prediction alarm signal 14a and outputs the result to a speaker 18. As a result, it is informed and predicted to the user that the channel is close to a communication defect state. Then the user can recognize that the channel is about to be disconnected in advance. Thus, an unexpected channel break is prevented. |
