Each circuit section has a waveguide zone (6) with a tapered zone (23) reducing to 2 microns connecting it to an optical waveguide strip (7) surface mounted, and forming a transition (T) in direction of light propagation in the guides. The input to the waveguide zone is an expansion zone (2) for a dioptre plane. The structure has a first birefringence index (B1), and by placing a second structure with different birefringence in series, a filter can be formed.
