<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system of a fuel cell capable of efficiently reducing activation overvoltage of the fuel cell and to provide a control method of the fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: The control system 100 of the fuel cell has the fuel cell 110; a moisture supply means 140; and a control means 160. The fuel cell 110 uses an ion conductor having a cation component and an anion component as an electrolyte membrane. The moisture supply means 140 supplies moisture to at least one of fuel gas and an oxidizing gas to be supplied to the fuel cell. The control means 160 supplies moisture to a catalyst layer of the electrode by controlling the moisture supply means 140 according to the overvoltage of one electrode out of a fuel electrode and an air electrode of the fuel cell 110. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
