PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply obtain an FRP powder to effectively reutilize the same by gringing an unnecessary FRP molded product by a grinding means. SOLUTION: The opening and closing valve 22A of a connection pipe 22 is opened to allow a grinding clamber 5 to communicate with a powder storage chamber 20 and a side motor M1 is driven to rotate a grinstone 15 through a belt 13. When various unnecessary FRP molded products put in the grinding chamber 5 of a powder manufacturing machine 1, the FRP molded products are moved in the rotary direction of the grindstone 15 but the rotational movement thereof is prevented by a stop member 17. Subsequently, a press plate 19 is arranged to the opening part of the grinding chamber 5 and, when it is pressed downwardly, the rear surfaces of the FRP molded products are ground in the pressure contact state with the grindstone 15. By this grinding, the FRP molded products are powdered along with glass fibers to obtain a ground powder, that is, an FRP powder which is, in turn, sucked into a powder storage chamber 20 through a connection pipe 22 to be stored therein. |
