PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable installation in good compliance with all likely conditions of the site by constituting a drain structure from a drain body, open lid, and elbow. SOLUTION: A flange piece 24 is hitchd at the open edge of a draining port b-1 of an eave gutter (b) and female threads 111 are engaged by male threads 23 and the open edge is pinched fast by a flange piece 24 on a lid body 2 and a flange part 12 of drain body 1. A cylindrical part 31 of a rotor 3 is fitted on the cylinder 11 of the drain body 1, and a ridge 112 is fited in a groove 311 and the rotor 3 is slided in the circumferencial direction while the drain body 1 is held, and the rotor 3 is detained at the centerθ-1 with possibility of rotating approx. 360 deg.. The top of an elbow 4 is inserted in a fit groove 322, and a shaft 43 is borne in a bearing hole 323, and the vertical angleθ-2 of the rear surface 42 of elbow 4 is made adjustable within the range approx. 30 deg. from the horizontal position.
