<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional porous structure for modulating intraocular pressure. <P>SOLUTION: The structure for modulating intraocular pressure is a scaffold comprising at least two copolymers in a concentration that produces: a saturated static pressure of about 0.5 mmHg to about 5.5 mmHg, after saturation in saline; and a stiffness of about 0.5 KPa to about 2 KPa after saturation in saline.
