[Class 8 (ii).] The valve 3 of a compressed - gas cylinder or the like is protected by means of a cap 8 hinged to a clip or clamp 4 which is split and secured to the screwed cylinder neck 2a by a bolt 12 passing through the lugs 6. The cap 8 is provided with depending side lugs 10 and is secured in closed position by a bolt 15 passing under a platform extension 5 of the clamp 4 and through the side lugs 10. |
