<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain high efficiency of the plant, providing easy regeneration of collected carbon dioxide gas, and eliminating the necessity of a special CO2 removing equipment. SOLUTION: This combined cycle power generation plant is composed of a gasification furnace 1, a low-pressure type air separation equipment 10, a gas turbine power generation equipment 12, a water separation equipment 14, a mixture gas supply line 16, a CO2 treatment equipment 18, and an oxygen compressor 20. The gasification furnace gasifies the fuel with high-pressure oxygen. The air separation equipment separates the air into oxygen and nitrogen. In the power generation equipment, the mixture of oxygen and CO2 is compressed, the gas which is generated in the gasification furnace and purified by the gas purifier is burned in the compressed mixture gas, and power is generated by collecting the power from the generated combustion gas. The water separating equipment condenses and separates the moisture included in exhaust gas from the gas turbine power generation equipment 12. The mixture gas supply line 16 mixes the CO2 gas coming out of the water separation equipment 14 with the O2 separated by the air separation equipment 10, supplying the mixture gas to the gas turbine power generation equipment 12. The CO2 treatment equipment 18 is disposed in the down stream of the water separation equipment. The O2 compressor compresses the O2 separated at the air separation equipment 10 to be further pressurized. Since nitrogen in the air does not enter the system, the exhaust gas is almost pure CO2 . This facilitates treatment thereof.</p> |
