PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effectively utilizing implement for an umbrella with a shank which allows both hands to be freely used. SOLUTION: On an outer surface of a plate of an umbrella fixing part 30, at least one clip 31 to detachably hold a shank 11 of an umbrella 10 in a vertical direction is installed, an umbrella support member 40 to support a handle 12 of the umbrella 10 from the underside is installed on an outer surface of a lower part of the umbrella fixing part 30, locking belts 50 to be wound around the waist of a person 20 to lock the device are installed on both sides at a lower end part of the umbrella fixing part 30, and a pair of hanging belts 60, 60 to hang the device on both shoulders are stretched between the locking belts 50 and upper end parts of the umbrella fixing part 30. By combining a stand additionally, even the body becomes free to enlarge application.
