PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition capable of exhibiting a good tacky property, re-peelable property, soil resistance, metal corrosion resistance, etc., by containing a specific acrylic tacky agent, a urethane-based oligomer having a specific structure, a photopolymerization initiator and a cross-linking agent. SOLUTION: This re-peelable tacky agent composition contains (A) an acrylic tacky agent having at least one kind of carboxyl group, hydroxy group, amide group, glycidyl group, amino group or sulfone group, also >=200,000 weight- average molecular weight and having (-)60-(-)30 deg.C glass transition temperature, (B) a urethane-based oligomer of the formula [= is an active hydrogen- containing (meth)acrylate-based monomer unit;○is a polyisocyanate unit; -is a low molecular weight polyol having <=300 molecular weight; a broken line is a high molecular weight polyol having >=500 molecular weight], (C) a photopolymerization initiator and (D) a cross-linking agent. Further, it is preferable that the blending amount of the component (B) is 5-75 wt.% based on the total amount of the components (A) and (B), and the blending amount of the compound (D) is 0.05-10 pt.wt. based on the 100 pts.wt. total amount of the components (A) and (B).
