A reflection cover of a ceiling lighting device with a replaceable adornment member is provided to obtain various adornment effects by transmitting the light to the outside through a transmissible adornment member. A receiving groove(11) is formed in an outer circumference of a reflection cover. A fixing member(30) having a transmissible adornment member is coupled to the receiving groove. The transmissible adornment member is inserted from the bottom side of the fixing member with a ring shape. The transmissible adornment member is received in a receiving part in an inner bottom of the fixing member.
