A method of painting woodgrains using soot is provided to form the woodgrains promptly and easily. A method of painting woodgrains using soot comprises: a primer coating process(S1) of arranging the surface of an object and coating dyes that become a base color on a top face of the object to form a primer coat layer; a soot process(S2) of forming soot on the surface of the primer layer using a flame; an intermediate coating process(S3) of coating colored transparent dyes on the soot-formed surface by a dry spray to form a intermediate coat layer; and a top coating process(S4) of coating colorless transparent dyes on the intermediate coat layer-formed surface to form a top coat layer. |
