PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform rapid and smooth foundation work at a low cost and to prevent worsening of work environment and worsening of environment around a construction site. SOLUTION: Prior to burying work, a place to bury a pile in is excavated by an auger 2 to provide a hole 1a. In this case, bubbles comprising a foaming solution 14 and air are mixed in excavated earth 13 excavated by the auger 2, and agitated. The excavated earth 13 thereby has fluidity to facilitate discharge. The excavated earth 13 discharged onto the ground surface is rapidly returned into its original property by a defoaming agent. The volume ratio of air to the foaming solution contained in the bubbles is set to about(5-30)to 1.
