PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suspend a container opened at one end, and to reverse the container in a suspended state. SOLUTION: This mechanism is composed of a gate-shaped suspension part 11 opened at a lower part, a holding part 12 rotatably shaft-supported at a lower opening of the suspension part for holding the container by getting in contact with a drum body of it, a knuckle part 15 capable of holding or releasing the drum body of the container by changing length of the holding part 12, and an opening lock part 14 installed on an upper part of the suspension part 1 to catch a part of an upper opening of the container.
