PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep excellent sliding performance over a long period of time by forming an amorphouse carbon hydride film or a diamond-like carbon film, a diamond film or a hard carbon film on the surface of a separating claw through an intermediate layer by gas phase synthesizing method. SOLUTION: The surface of a separating claw 10 is provided with an intermediate layer 13 formed of an element selected from Si, B and a group of metals of group 4A, group 5A and group 6A of the periodic system, oxide, carbide, nitride, carbonitride, carbonate or carboxynitride of these elements, a boride or boronitride of these elements excluding B, a compound containing a plurality of these elements, or a mixture made of these substances. On the intermediate layer 13, an amorphous carbon hydride film, a diamond-like carbon film, a diamond film or a lubricating protective film 14 made by a hard carbon film is provided. Thus, the lubricating film 14 having good adhesiveness is formed to improve the sliding performance between a roller and the separating claw 10.
