<p>A method of displaying help-words content of on-screen display menu items in a digital TV receiver having a plurality of buttons including OSD function, help function, and marker movement buttons. The method includes the steps of displaying an OSD menu area on at least a first portion of a previously-displayed program image when a user presses the OSD function button, indicating one of items of the OSD menu area using the marker when the user presses the marker movement buttons, and displaying a help-words contents area of the item indicated by the marker on at least a second portion of the previously-displayed program image when the user presses the help button.</p> |
