REPLACEABLE GUIDE CENTER ASSEMBLY FOR CATERPILLAR BY MODIFYING ASSEMBLING STRUCTURE AND SHAPE OF GUIDE CENTER ASSEMBLY

PURPOSE: A replaceable guide center assembly for a caterpillar is provided to prevent relaxation of the guide center assembly against vibration and impact, to improve the durability, and to reduce noise by modifying the assembling structure and the shape of the guide center assembly. CONSTITUTION: A guide center assembly(50) comprises a guide center(60) having a protruded part(64) engaged with a road wheel of a vehicle and two pin holes(62) fitted to a link pin(3) connecting a couple of track shoes; a guide cap(70) combined between the guide center and the link pin and composed of two pin holes(72) fitting the link pin; and a guide bolt(80) and a guide nut(82) assembling and fixing the guide center and the guide cap to the link pin. Assembling parts(68) are formed at both sides of the guide center to combine the guide bolt in assembling the guide cap, and composed of assembling holes(66). Combination parts(78) are formed at both sides of the guide cap, and composed of insertion holes(76) to assemble the guide bolt.
