METHOD FOR EVALUATING TOTAL PROCESS COST OF HOME APPLIANCES BY CONVERTING THE EVALUATION FOR THE COST GENERATED FROM EACH PROCESS INTO NUMERIC VALUE

摘要

PURPOSE: A method for evaluating a total process cost of home appliances is provided to pursue the environment-friend development of the home appliances and reduce the total process cost by performing optimization considering all costs generated in all process and converting the evaluation for the cost generated from each process into a numeric value. CONSTITUTION: A life cycle of the home appliances is divided into each process such as manufacturing and consumption. A process cost factor influencing on the cost of each process is extracted. A cost item needed for each process is decided by using the process cost factor. An actual cost of each process is calculated by using product information. After analyzing the cost used for each process, an improvement plan is suggested.
