摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional coordinate measuring apparatus in which substantial differences in accuracy do not occur in each measuring direction even through the use of anisotropic shape measurement in which measuring accuracy varies according to measuring directions. SOLUTION: The three-dimensional coordinate measuring apparatus is provided with a first incidence angle adjusting part 21 for enabling the formation of a first stereo image by an image forming optical system 10 by adjusting the attitude of an object 9 in a first neutral axis direction; an angle adjustment instructing part 23 for outputting an instruction signal in the direction of an adjusted incidence angle determined on the basis of the stereo image displayed on an image display part 27; a second incidence angle adjusting part 22 for enabling the formation of a second stereo image on the object 9 by adjusting the attitude of the abject 9 in a second neutral axis direction according to an instruction signal in the direction of an adjusted incidence angle; and a shape measuring part 34 for determining three-dimensional coordinate data on the object 9 on the basis of the relation between points of measurement and corresponding points in the first and second stereo images.
