The invention relates to a method designed for the actuation and deactivation of an electric geyser through a manual timer so far used in microwave ovens, which timer -when turned on the right- actuates the electric geyser and set this last in off position after expiry of the desired preset period of time. The time is graduated in fractions of 5 minutes (30 minutes in total). The herein disclosed timer may replace the ordinary 2-position manual switch placed on switch boards, at the geyser's location or wherever required (near or far, inside or outside the switch boards) upon pre-working satisfying all conditions ensuring the right operation of the timer. According to the present invention, said timer may be either a manual 24-hour timer serving for the actuation and deactivation of burners in central heating systems and/or a digital timer so far applicable to microwave ovens. Advantage: timing presetting leads to energy and money savings in a free-and-easy manner. |
