摘要 An aggregate sorting apparatus using construction waste and a control method thereof are provided to maximize the sorting efficiency of foreign materials included in the soil, by precisely sieving the soil sorted through sorting holes of separable sieve barrels, again through a screen device. In an aggregate sorting apparatus using construction waste, first and second separable sieve barrels(6,7) have bodies split into plural sections(S1-SN) and the ends of the split sections are engaged with each other. Each split section has plural sorting holes(1A-1N,2A-2N) having a predetermined diameter and a support member supporting the sorting holes. A duct device unit(8) has plural inner passages(25a,25b) formed at each one side of the sorting holes of the first and second separable sieve barrels to come into contact with each other at a predetermined gap. The inner passages are united as one passage at the rear end. The duct device unit equally applies the wind to the entire sorting holes of the first and second separable sieve barrels. A blower unit(15) is installed at one side of the rear part of the duct device unit to blow the wind to the inner passage of the duct device unit. A first conveyor belt(9) is mounted at the lower part of the first and second separable sieve barrels in a longitudinal direction, to transfer recyclable soil or waste(24) of the predetermined grain size dropping through each sorting hole, to the next process. A second conveyor belt(10) is mounted at an outlet of the second separable sieve barrel in a vertical direction to the outlet, to transfer the soil or waste of the predetermined grain size that does not fall through the sorting holes, to the next process. A screen device unit(13) is installed in a box form near the lower part of the end of the first conveyor belt separately from the end of the first conveyor belt. The screen device unit has sorting hole members(12A-12N) provided with plural bored holes of the predetermined diameter and formed in a body and sorts out the recyclable soil transferred by the first conveyor belt, in the size below the predetermined grain size.
