PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prevention device detachably fixing and preventing the falling by just placing a home or office fixing structure on a cloth such as a wall cloth and a carpet. SOLUTION: This fall-prevention device has a gel body having adhesion and vibration absorbency, and a support layered on one face of the gel body and abutting on a floor or a wall face, one face of the support is an engagement face having multiple raised engagement parts engageable with the cloth, the other face is a recessed/projecting face, and part of gel of the gel body is entangled with the recesses/projections of the recessed/projecting face to be fixed and integrated with the support.
