PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothbrush in which splitting and breaking of brushes is reduced. SOLUTION: The toothbrush 1 is equipped with a head cassette 3 where a plurality of bristle bundles 2 are arranged and transplanted on a transplantation surface 3a and a brush body 5 provided with a head fixing part 4 for fixing the head cassette 3. At least a part or all of the bristle bundles 2 transplanted on the transplantation surface 3a of the head cassette 3 includes the brushes composed of a polytrimethylene terephthalate resin. The head cassette 3 has a structure in which the plurality of bristle bundles 2 arranged on the transplantation surface 2a and a resin molded part 3b composed of an elastomer resin are integrally molded in a state where a molten lump 2a formed by heating and melting one end of the brush bundle 2 is embedded inside the resin molded part 3b.
