PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC power supply unit with capacitors, being of space saving, and eliminating the need for field assembly for sure and easy quality control. SOLUTION: A DC power supply unit 1 includes a module housing structure 50 of tall shelf frame storing a power supply module 40 where a plurality of capacitors units 10 (three in figure 1) are supported for connection in series and a module shelf 51 for storing the power supply module 40 removably, in vertically multiple stages (five stages in figure 1). The power supply modules 40 stored, vertically in five stages, in the module shelves 51 of the module storing structure 50, are connected together in series to constitute a DC power supply circuit of constant voltage.
