A plasma burner suppressing generation of nitric oxide is provided to maximize a conversion ratio of a fuel by using plasma which is rapidly rotated and flowed in between an inner electrode and a cylindrical electrode. A plasma burner(100) suppressing generation of nitric oxide comprises a cylindrical electrode(20), an inner electrode(10), a swirl generator(30), a fuel gas supply part, and a vent. The inner electrode is installed at a cylindrical electrode center in order to form a discharge space, and to maintain a constant interval with the cylindrical electrode. The swirl generator injects a gas inside the cylindrical electrode, forms an eddy current. The fuel gas supply part is installed to the inner electrode or a swirl generator inlet port, and supplies a fuel gas to the discharge space. The vent ejects a plasma exhaust gas from an end part of the cylindrical electrode. |
