<p>A private network system for supporting 3G networks and a control method thereof are provided to supply intra wireless network services to 3G subscribers at minimum costs by using an existing 2G intra wireless network service device. A private network system comprises an intra exchange(100), a 2G MSC(20) and a WCDMA MSC(Wideband Code Division Multiple Access Mobile Switching Center)(30). The intra exchange comprises an intra subscriber management unit(110), an MDN(Mobile Directory Number) detection unit(120), an MDN conversion unit(130) and a call processing unit(140). The intra exchange stores/manages 2G/3G intra subscriber information. If call connection is requested to the intra terminal from a terminal through an intra terminal number, 2G/3G intra subscriber information stored in the intra subscriber management unit is checked. The 2G/3G intra subscriber information is converted into a number of a corresponding 2G/3G terminal. Call connection is requested to corresponding 2G or WCDMA MSC.</p> |
