摘要 Provided are: a method for regulating environmental stress tolerance in plants which includes a step of regulating expression of Arabidopsis thaliana Leaf rust 10 disease-resistance locus receptor-like protein kinase-like (AtLRK10L1.2) gene by transforming a recombinant vector including a gene which encodes AtLRK10L1.2 protein derived from arabidopsis thaliana into a plant cell; a method for manufacturing a transformed plant having regulated environmental stress tolerance which includes a step of regulating expression of the AtLRK10L1.2 gene by transforming a recombinant vector including the gene which encodes the AtLRK10L1.2 protein derived from arabidopsis thaliana into a plant cell; the transformed plant with regulated environmental stress tolerance which is manufactured by the method, and a seed thereof; and a composition for regulating environmental stress tolerance in plants including the gene which encodes the AtLRK10L1.2 protein derived from arabidopsis thaliana and comprising the amino acid sequence in SEQ ID NO: 2. According to the present invention, the AtLRK10L1.2 gene induces tolerance to drought stress in plants, thereby increasing productivity of crops.
