The present invention relates to a fuel cell system, a movable body, and a controlling method. More specifically, provided is a technology securing user convenience and safety of a vehicle equipped with a fuel cell. In the fuel cell system which is mountable on the movable body, determined is a state whether the movable body is not performing and the fuel cell system is operating when receiving order to open a charging hole which is for charging fuel cell to a fuel cell storage part. If the movable body is not moving and the fuel cell system is operating, the charging hole is opened after closing a main suspension valve which controls the supply of fuel gas from the fuel gas storage part to a cell stack. |
