The present invention relates to fuel cell system, a fuel cell-mounted vehicle, and a method for controlling the fuel cell system. According to the present invention, the fuel cell system is designed to prevent generation of noise vibration and reduce consumption of power. To this end, a controlling part sets, based on the speed of the fuel cell-mounted vehicle, the upper limit on a driving voltage for a radiator fan, calculates the caloric value of the fuel cell from general output of the fuel cell, and emits heat as much as the caloric value under the upper limit of the driving voltage of the radiator fan. In addition, the controller performs a cooling control which is to adjust the classifying ratio between cooling liquid flowing through a by-pass pipe by-passing the radiator and cooling liquid flowing through the radiator and also to adjust the driving voltage of the radiator fan and the flowing amount of the cooling liquid pump, so that the power consumed by the cooling liquid pump and the radiator fan can be minimized. |
