Disclosed are a wave power generation apparatus and an ocean power generation plant including the same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the wave power generation apparatus includes: a body disposed over a water surface and having a passage part in which water moves in a vertical direction by a wave; a rotor rotating by pressure of the water vertically moving along the passage part; and a power generation unit connected to the rotor and converting rotary power of the rotor into electricity. A natural frequency of the passage part is determined to resonate with a period of the wave. The wave power generation apparatus generates power by using the pressure of the water largely vibrating by resonance, so the wave power generation apparatus has high generating efficiency. |
