Disclosed are a bending hinge apparatus and an electronic device comprising the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the bending hinge apparatus comprises: first and second plates spaced apart from each other, and having one ends thereof fixed; and a bending fixing module placed between the other ends of the first and second plates, configured to guide the electronic device to be bent with radiuses of curvature, different from each other as much as a spaced distance, when the electronic device is bent in the thickness direction of a plate, and configured to maintain the bent state. The electronic device includes: the bending hinge apparatus; a body accommodating the bending hinge apparatus therein; and a flexible display provided on the front of the body. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a bending hinge apparatus capable of manually round-bending or flattening an electronic device including a flexible display. |
