PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an operational feeling by giving feedback timely when a touch operation is performed.SOLUTION: A switch device for vehicles comprises: a light source; a display region where outgoing light emitted from the light source is transmitted and displayed; a touch switch part whose electrostatic capacitance is changed by a touch operation to a touch region; a touch detector that detects the touch operation on the basis of the change in the electrostatic capacitance; and a light source controller that changes quantity of the outgoing light on the basis of the touch operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
