PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool capable of being used in daily life, and being effective for acquiring a habit of eating meal having good nutrition balance.SOLUTION: A meal mat 10A comprises plural arrangement parts A, B, C1, C2, D1, D2 on which, plural cuisine items are arranged respectively. Each arrangement part comprises an image of a table ware which indicates a cuisine item to be arranged, or character information related to a category of the cuisine item to be arranged. If simulation is performed, in which the simulation is for creating a state of once meal, using a cuisine item card set 20A (plural cards displaying images of cuisine and nutrition information), or, if eating meal using the meal mat 10A, a person who has no knowledge about nutrition balance, can easily understand proper nutrition balance of once meal. When a user actually uses the meal mat 10A at home when eating meal, an improvement effect of eating meal behavior can be confirmed, and it is indicated that the meal mat is effective for improving an eating habit for extending health life.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
