A method and a system for providing single click communication, between a consumer and service provider, using a communication system comprising a data system, a server system, a consumer client system and a business client system, comprising the steps of : (i) providing a list of relevant business clients to the consumer client system; (ii) a upon selection, the server system identifies the business client and displays an indication of a single click action that the consumer is to perform in order to contact the identified business client, wherein the consumer client system sends to a server system the provided identifier and request for a chatroom, and the server system uses the identifier to have a chatroom to establish contact with the business, and exchange of additional information which can be sent by the user or the business client. |
