PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating sterilization method and device, which enables a food product, etc. difficult to heat and a food product, etc. easy to heat, filled in different individual regions in a same container, to be heat sterilized at a time, while the quality and appearance, etc. of the products are properly maintained.SOLUTION: A product to be heat sterilized by the heating sterilization device includes a first food product difficult to heat and a second food product easy to heat, which are filled in different individual regions, respectively, in a same container. The method for heat sterilizing both of the products at a time includes: a first heating step for selectively heating the first product by selective irradiation of high frequency wave for a predetermined time up to a first temperature while suppressing heating of the second product; and a second heating step for uniformly steam heating both of the first product heated up to the first temperature and the second product suppressed from heating up to a second temperature, such that both of the products reach the second temperature at approximately the same time so as to be maintained at the second temperature or higher for a predetermined time. |
