PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create, in a system of controlling and managing the demand-supply status of energy such as an electric power control system, a graphic image whose time range is flexibly altered.SOLUTION: A managing device 12 according to the present invention comprises a receiver 23 that receives an instruction to alter the time range of a graphic image indicating the history of variables regarding energy on the part of consumers and a controller 24 that creates a graphic image whose time range has been altered in accordance with the instruction.
