PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable resin composition capable of obtaining a cured coating film having flexibility capable of preventing cracks and antiblocking properties during storage even in a brittle base film to a high degree, in a hard coat layer formed on a plastic film; a coating material containing the same; a coating film formed by curing the same; and a laminated film having the coating layer on the substrate film.SOLUTION: An active energy ray-curable resin composition contains: urethan (meth)acrylate (A) of linear polyester (a) which is obtained from aliphatic diol (a1) and dicarboxylic acid or its acid anhydride (a2) and a weight average molecular weight of 600-3,000; an acrylic polymer (B) which has a weight average molecular weight of 2,000-50,000 and has a (meth)acryloyl group in a molecular structure; and inorganic fine particles (C).SELECTED DRAWING: None
