PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve the problems that in elevator group management systems, if a landing call is allocated preferentially to an elevator car in which a counter weight and the weight of the elevator car are approximately balanced, an amount of energy change relative to an increase of occupancy rate thereof by allocating the landing call varies depending on whether the car is in the power running or in the regenerative operation, and as a result the landing call is allocated to an elevator car with more energy increases, therefore reducing energy saving effect.SOLUTION: In the elevator group management system of allocating an elevator of a plurality of elevators, that responds to a landing call, an elevator is preferentially allocated in which a predicted occupancy rate, a predicted number of riders and a predicted load value in an elevator car, after the riders having called the landing get in the car, are smaller than and approximate to a predetermined occupancy rate in the car, a predetermined number of riders in the car and a predetermined load value in the car in each of the plurality of the elevators that are on the dividing line between power running and regenerative operation. |
