A traffic light with light emitting diode lamp is provided to prevent glare phenomenon due to excessive luminance and a damage to the LED lamp by circulating cooing water external boundary surface of the light source. In a traffic light with light emitting diode lamp, a heat resistant glass plate(1a), a light diffusion plate(1b), a light diffusion space layer(1c), a light guide plate(1d), a reflector(1e) and a reflector protective cover(1f) built in a container so that the surface of them is exposed to outside are successively closely laminated at a optical lens unit. A plurality of LED lamps are installed in a PCB substrate by constant intervals. A cooling water storing unit and a cooling water controller are formed at the rear of the optical lens unit while being connected with a cooling wart path. |
