A system about a text message using a cable transmission apparatus using a telephone line and a method thereof are provided to process a message between employees in a company, process an inquiry of the customer to the text message and to response to the inquiry of the customer. A central server system(M107) module includes a text data process module of the central server system, a data calling and receiving processing module of the central server system, a telephone number process module of the central server system, an extension number process module of the central server system, a compatible process module of the external system, a text message measurement treatment module, a shortcut function button and a shortcut key. |
