The invention provides an organic electroluminescent display panel and a display device. The organic electroluminescent display panel of the invention includes a substrate, and a plurality of sub-pixel units of the same shape formed on the substrate, each sub-pixel unit including 6 sub-pixel elements of the same color, the geometric shape of each sub-pixel element being such that the center of the sub-pixel unit where it is located is taken as a vertex; the sub-pixel units are in 3 colors, any two adjacent sub-pixel units being deferent in color; the connecting lines of the centers of every two adjacent sub-pixel units among 3 sub-pixel units adjacent to each other form an equilateral triangle, 3 sub-pixel elements defined by that equilateral triangle form one pixel unit. |
