PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas leakage inspection device which can inspect gas leakage in an inspection object accurately without relying on the timing to start a gas leakage inspection.SOLUTION: Provided is a gas leakage inspection device for inspecting gas leakage in an inspection object having a hollow part.
