PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To intelligibly display relation between vital data and action information showing medical practices, nursing actions or care actions of the same patient.SOLUTION: A patient condition confirmation screen 50 includes: a temperature plate area 51; a cooperation area 52; a patient basic information area 53; a ToDo area 54; a chat area 55; and a bulletin board area 56. Pieces of vital data of an object patient, measured by a plurality of medical practitioners are graphed and displayed on the temperature plate area 51. Action classifications (prescriptions, medical practices, service, images) are arranged on a vertical axis 52b to a horizontal axis 51a (date and time) in common with that of the temperature plate area 51 on the cooperation area 52. Marks are displayed at positions equivalent to the date and time when the respective actions are performed in each of a prescription column, a medical practice column, a service column, and an image column of the cooperation area 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12 |
